Human Pathology is the study of disease. The courses are designed to provide students with an understanding of the consequences of pathologic processes on the structure and function of the human body. Human Pathology 1 will introduce students to disturbances in hemodynamics of fluid and electrolytes. They will also be introduced to disease processes related to the muscular skeletal system including inflammatory processes and injury and disease processes related to the respiratory system. Each body system will be introduced with a brief revision of the relevant anatomy and physiology.
