This course will provide students with knowledge on the use of information technology systems and standards of data collection based on the principles and theories of nursing informatics. This course focuses primarily on the use of health information systems in management and clinical decision-making for patient care, as well as healthcare education and research. Practical training is also provided to offer skill utilization and further capacity-building for students.
